Our goal is to deliver your items when you want them. We may ask for a window of time if you can accommodate it. We can also deliver the previous evening and start your time the next morning if you need to get started before we could get it to you.

We can process your payment over the phone. We accept Credit and Debit cards as payment, as long as they contain a Visa or Master Card logo. (Pre-Paid Cards are not accepted as form of payment) You will need a valid driver’s license for all of our rentals. NO DEPOSIT is required for most of our tools. CASH will not be accepted at the time of rental; HOWEVER, cash can be accepted for the rental fees upon return. Payment is required upon reservation or delivery.

Yes. Please make sure to call us and let us know when you are finished. We will schedule one of our team members to pick-up as soon as they can. Please allow a 2 to 3 hour window for pick-ups. Please have tools or equipment clean and refueled (if fuel operated). A cleaning convenience charge or a refueling convenience charge may apply.

Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from damages or theft. Any missing, damaged, or stolen items will be subject to additional charges. All the details are clearly listed in the Rental Contract.

All equipment has minimum charges for periods ranging from 4 hours, one day, or 1 week. The daily rate is good for 24 hours. We do charge for all time out, whether the equipment is used or not. Items with hour meters are limited to 8 hours of use per day; 40 hours per week. Overtime rates apply for use of equipment exceeding the hours/time of use agreed upon.

Taxes, delivery, and additional costs and or fees, such as, refueling, and cleaning fees, are additional to the retail rates shown. These charges are extra when applicable. All terms and conditions of ABEL Equipment Rentals contract will apply, please read them carefully at the time of rental.
